Hi my name is John O’Driscoll and I am the creator and host of The-Blueprint podcast. I am a financial adviser by profession and own Blueprint Financial Planning and financialfitness.ie. I have a huge interest in the areas of business, entrepreneurship, sport and personal development, so I thought why not launch a podcast and chat about these subjects.

Peter Lawrie: From Winning on Tour to Winning in Business

Peter is a former professional golfer on the European Tour where he enjoyed great success including winning the Spanish Open in 2008 and being the only Irish person to win Rookie of the Year award in 2003. Peter retired from the professional game in 2016 when as he says it became “financially unviable to remain a pro”.

With unwavering honesty and humour, Peter discusses his transition from pro golfer travelling the world to a business owner at Spawell Golf Academy in Dublin.

Brian Carmody: From Skibbereen to Los Angeles to Broadway

Brian is a native of Skibbereen, West Cork and moved to the States over 30 years ago. Working from the ground up he is now the co-founder and managing partner of international production company SMUGGLER who have interests in Film, TV, Commercials and Music video. 

Brian has received many of the most coveted awards as a producer including a Tony, Emmy, Palme d’Or and a Grammy. He has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands including Apple, Xbox and Microsoft to name but a few.
